2009 KANSAS CITY EC MEET
	Designed for 2009 Kansas City EC Meet. Steve and Carol Hursh came up with the overall idea and sent me a scan of Dorothy and Toto from original Wizard of Oz book. Design coincides with 70th Anniversary of the original movie (as well as the meet being in the state of Kansas). Went out with January-March 2010 TEC Newsletter.
