Solitude

On the edge of a great precipice, clinging to life, is a single wind-twisted evergreen tree. Just beyond this tree is a several hundred foot drop to the valley below. That does not scare the local inhabitants though. If you look closely, you can see a small chipmunk sitting in the shade of the tree and two more peeking over the rocks to the left.
